Cloth Paper Scissors - JUL - AUG 2013If you’ve been getting signals from the right side of your brain to start a new art project, then Cloth Paper Scissors may be a magazine that you want to check out.

Since October 2004, the publication has attracted fans of mixed media art. It currently is published six times a year and covers all types of fiber arts and collage work. Included in this wide range are mixed media, assemblage, art dolls, visual art journals, rubber stamping, stamp carving, printmaking, creative embroidery, and book arts.

The magazine is geared for the beginning artist / crafter as well as the advanced individual. It encourages all levels of artists to try new techniques and share their creativity with others. It does this in a way that that is both playful and positive.

You’ll find Cloth Paper Scissors on the 2nd Floor of the Fountaindale Public Library in the Magazines / Newspapers area.

So go ahead…get crafty!
