Our lifestyle is one of the key determinants of how healthy your heart is.   Learn about correct exercises; including cardiovascular; strengthening and stretching for a balanced life.   Appropriate rest; including management of any sleep apnea; stress reduction; appropriate diets will be discussed.

Health indicators such as weight size; percent body fat; and lab values will be discussed. Current research has well documented the steps that can be made to decrease heart risk factors.

You can start on a heart healthy lifestyle regardless of your age.

Looking for a CPR class?  Look no further!

There is still room in our American Heart Association Heart Saver CPR/ AED Class!

This well-rounded course given by Chicagoland CPR & Safety Training LLC,  is for the layperson as well as the fitness, education, and childcare professional. Adult, Child and Infant CPR, Choking and AED will be covered.  We will provide you with a barrier device for training purposes. You will receive your AHA CPR card at the end of class and it will remain valid for 2 years.   3 Hr. Class
